After more than 15 years in the fashion industry, I found myself searching for the kind of bag I wanted to carry every day: something timeless, elevated, and made with beautiful materials, but still within reach.
The pieces I loved often felt unattainable, while the alternatives never quite had the quality, texture, or feeling I was looking for. So I decided to design them myself.
RHAKA began as a personal search for the perfect everyday leather bag. A piece that could move through real life, match almost everything, travel with you, and become part of your wardrobe season after season.
What started as something I wanted for myself became something I wanted to share: leather bags inspired by New York, the city I call home and my favorite place in the world. RHAKA is my way of carrying that feeling into everyday life: the movement, the elegance, the energy, and the sense of home.

Every RHAKA design begins in New York and is brought to life in small batches with attention to shape, texture, and finish.
We use 100% full-grain pebbled calfskin leather, selected for its softness, texture, and durability. Each piece is finished with black chrome hardware, a 100% cotton lining, thoughtful stitching, softly gathered details, and an engraved RHAKA New York logo.
Our bags are made to feel refined, tactile, and lasting. Designed with quality materials and the kind of details you notice more over time.
